A transcript, an official copy of the record of a student's academic career at Dartmouth College, lists a student's name, class, with all courses taken and grades received by the Graduate Registrar.
All transcripts must be requested in writing. Requests via e-mail are not accepted.
It is recommended that students order transcripts at least one week in advance of the required mailing date.
There is no charge for your transcripts. Please send your graduate student transcript request form to the following:
