Sharon Belden is a career consultant with over a decade of experience working with Ph.D.s and MBAs at all levels of their careers. She started out her career teaching a course in career development and serving as a career counselor at Boston University School of Management. After her time at the Boston University School of Management, she became the assistant director for PHD career services at Harvard, where she worked with students in various science and engineer disciplines to navigate job searches. Most recently, she has finished her doctorate in human development at Harvard, where she focused on career decision making within the business world, and is currently the Director of the Graduate Career Management Center at Baruch College's Zicklin School of Business. At Baruch, she oversees the staff that works with the 2000 MBA (FT, PT, exec) and master's students (accounting, etc.) at the school.
