Commencement and Investiture 2019

Investiture 2019 Stories, Images, and Media

Almost two weeks ago we were proud to host the Investiture Ceremony for all graduating students in the Guarini School of Graduate and Advanced Studies. Celebrating the efforts and work of more than 200 graduates from 22 countries, the Investiture ceremony is formal recognition of the honors achieved by the graduating students under the Guarini School of Graduate and Advanced Studies.

If you were unable to attend the 2019 Investiture Ceremony you can view a full recording here.

We also recognized Sally Demirdjian in the microbioogy and immunology department as the Community Award recipient for her work to deepen and strengthen the graduate community, and to the wider Upper Valley community.

The Hannah T. Croasdale Award was presented to Balint Kacsoh from MCB, and two Graduate Teaching Awardees were recognized this year, Liz Studer in EEES and Melanie Dennis from the department of mathematics.
