This mentoring series is based on the CIMER Mentoring Program and is designed to help graduate students and postdocs be effective mentors.

During our meetings, we will discuss approaches to mentoring and provide various case studies that will give you a chance to analyze approaches and decide for yourselves those you think provide effective mentoring strategies. In so doing, we hope you generate for yourselves a mentoring bag of tricks that will help you deal with the myriad interpersonal situations you might expect to encounter during your career.
Must be able to attend all sessions.
