I am a PhD student in the Ong Lab studying agroforestry through the lenses of forest and political agroecology. I have experience making cheese on a small goat dairy, studying beneficial fungi in coffee plants, measuring forests, and interviewing farmers. While at Dartmouth, I aim to explore the edges of forested food production, socially, ecologically, and temporally, as well as how these edges can work for or against a just and ecological food shed. Off campus, I like carving spoons, foraging for mushrooms and edible plants, and watching movies while waiting for someone to process my film photography.
