  • Rotation 1 (Sept. 15 - Nov. 28)
    • Sept. 2 - begin talking with faculty members for first rotation
    • Sept. 11 - lists due to MCB Office by 2pm
    • Sept. 12 - rotation matches announced
  • Rotation 2 (Dec. 1 - March 6)
    • Nov. 10 - begin talking with faculty members for second rotation
    • Nov. 19 - lists due to MCB Office by 2pm
    • Nov. 21 - rotation matches announced
  • Rotation 3 (March 9 - May 29)
    • Feb. 16 - begin talking with faculty members for third rotation
    • Feb. 25 - lists due to MCB Office by 2pm
    • Feb. 27 - rotation matches announced
  • Thesis Lab Matches
    • May 11- begin talking with faculty members
    • May 20 - email MCB Office by 2pm
    • May 22 - matches announced
    • June 1 - Thesis work begins!

Orientation

Fall 2025 MCB Orientation will begin Tuesday, September 2nd. We recommend new students arrive no later than August 30th to get settled in.

MCB Retreat

MCB Retreat will be September 3 and 4th, 2026 at the Mountain View Grand Resort.
