Lauren Coutu

Lauren graduated in 2026 from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) with a B.S. in Biology & Biotechnology and a B.S. in Bioinformatics & Computational Biology. During her time there, she did research on identifying transmembrane proteins that bind the EGFR/ErbB family, using both in vitro and in silico approaches. She is passionate about approaching biological questions from both molecular and computational perspectives. At Dartmouth, she is interested in pursuing research related to gene expression and molecular mechanisms. Outside of the lab, Lauren enjoys exercising outdoors and socializing with friends.
