Harshini Sivagnanam

Harshini is from the ever-sunny city of Chennai in southern India. She completed her BS MS dual degree from the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Thiruvananthapuram, majoring in Biology with a minor in Data Science. For her Master's thesis, she was a visiting research scholar at the University of Washington, where she analyzed the role of various host cell death modalities in regulating liver-stage malarial infection. She is excited to explore the different labs at Dartmouth as she begins her rotations. Outside the lab, she loves outdoorsy activities, cooking and baking.
