Huijuan Yang

Miller lab

Huijuan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from Nankai University, China. She then obtained a master's degree in Biotechnology from the University of Pennsylvania. She is now a member of the Miller lab in the Cancer Biology Ph.D. program. Her research focuses on metabolic reprogramming mediated by CDK4/6 inhibitors in estrogen receptor positive (ER+) breast cancer. She is interested in understanding molecular mechanisms and providing new treatment options for ER+ breast cancer. In her spare time, she loves baking, cooking, traveling, and watching movies. She is also a ping pong player and enjoys playing with her friends.
