Qian Hui Tan

Qian Hui (QH) is from Singapore. She received a Bachelor's degree from Yale-NUS College, majoring in Life Sciences with a minor in Mathematical, Computational and Statistical Sciences (MCS). Her undergraduate thesis utilized the Drosophila colon to study the signaling pathway of Ptk7/Otk, a non-canonical member of the Wnt signaling pathway. In the MCB program, she is excited to continue exploring research in cancer, immunology, and bioinformatics. Outside of the lab, she loves competitive standard ballroom dancing, bouldering, and learning new languages such as Ancient Greek.
