Yuyang Huang

Leach lab

Yuyang graduated from UC Davis with a B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. She then continued her academic pursuits at Johns Hopkins and earned a M.S. in Microbiology and Immunology. At Dartmouth, she is a Ph.D. student in the Leach lab in the Cancer Biology program. Her research focuses on studying urothelial bladder cancer (UBC) using transgenic zebrafish models and understanding the mechanisms by which environmental arsenic increases the risk of UBC. Outside of lab, she enjoys snowboarding, ice skating, reading, and traveling.
