This month in DCAL's Learning Community for Future Faculty (LCFF), we'll discuss mental resilience - what it is, how it's developed in our students, and what we can do to encourage mental resilience. LCFF, a community of graduate students and postdocs focused on teaching and learning, will meet monthly to share the rewards and challenges of college teaching, while digging a bit deeper into best practices and techniques for teaching and related career development issues. Each topic/session will be chosen and designed by members of the group, so it's also a chance to get more teaching experience. Regular attendance is appreciated but not required - come when you can! Snacks and drinks will be available when we start.  Please register: https://libcal.dartmouth.edu/event/10641046
