1.  Describe the process by which marijuana was legalized for medicinal and recreational purposes in the State of Colorado

2.  Explain the impact of legalization of marijuana in Colorado

3.  Identify special precautions practitioners should follow when their patients are using or requesting to use marijuana for medicinal purposes.
